Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray (you can also line with foil and spray for easier clean up!)
Step 2
Make the Comeback Sauce by combining all of the ingredients, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
Mix the melted butter with creole seasoning, paprika, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt (only if butter is unsalted), and pepper.
Step 4
Toss the potatoes with half of the butter/seasoning mixture. Reserve the rest of it for the shrimp.
Step 5
Add the potatoes to the sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Push the potatoes to one side of the pan and add the sausage rounds in a single layer.
Step 7
Bake for 12 more minutes.
Step 8
Toss the shrimp with the rest of the butter mixture and add to the sheet pan in a single layer.
Step 9
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
Step 10
Serve immediately with the Comeback Sauce and enjoy!
