Step 1

Preheat mini waffle iron. Whisk egg in a small bowl.

Step 2

Add almond flour and mozzarella cheese & mix until well combined.

Step 3

Place ½ of cheese mixture in mini waffle iron; close and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from iron and let sit for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Step 4

Serve with butter & sugar free syrup or with berries and sugar free whipped cream.
