Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a large bowl mix together ground turkey and egg.
Step 2
Stir in heavy cream and oil.
Step 3
Mix seasoning together and sprinkle over meat.
Step 4
Use your hands to mix the seasonings into the meat.
Step 5
Fry up a tiny test patty to make sure the seasonings are to your liking.
Step 6
Chill mixture to make handling easier (about 30 minutes).
Step 7
Divide mixture into 4 equal parts.
Step 8
Divide each part into two pieces.
Step 9
Flatten out one of the two pieces.
Step 10
Fold a slice of cheese into 4ths and place in the middle of the patty.
Step 11
Flatten out the other piece and place on top of the cheese and press down to seal.
Step 12
Repeat with remaining patties.
Step 13
Heat a few tablespoons of cooking oil in a large grill pan.
Step 14
Place the patties into the pan and cook until done. Be careful not to overcook.
Step 15
Assemble the burgers and top with your favorite ingredients. (I used mayo, lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon and pickles.)
