I've made this several times. The only change I've made is replacing the Worcestershire sauce with Soy Sauce. It is the best turkey burger recipe that I've found, so far.

Good use of herbs to supplement the turkey flavor. We added a little Swiss and sauteed mushrooms to ours.

These were amazing! I made them as sliders. Had no parsley or garlic so I used garlic powder. It was thin and so juicy! I used leftover Hawaiian rolls instead of bread. My kids scarfed them up and they’re giving you a big thumbs up for this successful and quick lunch. I used only 1/2 lb of ground turkey for 5-7 sliders then topped with carmelized onions lettuce and tomatoes. I even forgot the mayo but just tasting the marinated turkey meat was scrumptious!

I have made this recipe at least 3 times.  So good and juicy.  I use the air fryer.  They turn out amazing

We made these as sliders, because we had the buns already. Cooked them inside on the Forman grill (since we're experiencing 20° temps tonight) instead of frying in oil... So good!  ...Very juicy! ...And great flavor! 
We each prefer our own toppings - I like traditional mayo, tomato and onion, and my husband makes them a bit spicier with banana peppers or pickled jalapeños.  Although this recipe doesn't need any additional help.
I followed the recipe exactly, and the mixture started to get a bit gummy when I added the egg. I lost hope but just kept going at that point... and  I'm so glad I did!  *I think the smaller size may have been helpful, and prevented them from falling apart like many others have mentioned. 
One other tip - I always make my patties on wax paper (if you don't have molds this works great). Cut or tear squares slightly bigger than buns. After I make a meatball, I sandwich it between two of the squares to flatten into a patty. It makes handling much easier. If you prepare everything in the morning, you can stack them in the fridge until dinner time. This allows your flavors to come together and also sets the shape, to keep them from falling apart. Turkey burgers where moist and delicious and I grilled them

Delicious! Used the soy sauce, but used dried cilantro because we had no parsley. Added a few tablespoons of Panko to firm the mixture for the grill and used hickory chips to smoke up a fine flavor.

I made these burgers today and they were extremely good. I only made one change, I added 1/2 cup bread crumbs to keep them from falling apart in the pan. Everyone enjoyed it in my family!!

Absolutely delish!! Would not bother trying any other recipe for turkey burgers. Love the flavour, definitely add the worstershire it brings the yumminess to next level. They were sloppy when first made but left in fridge for a good few hours and cooked perfectly - so juicy! Tastier than a beef burger and I love a good beef burger. Highly recommend. In this case, less is best!

I made these and they were delicious. I didn’t use the Worcestershire or garlic and replaced the turkey with chicken drumsticks and instead of the bun I used chips. Thanks for the recipe.

Third time I have made these.  Definitely a keeper recipe.  They are delicious and very low in points if you follow the WW Plan.

These burgers have great flavor and are quite tasty but they fall apart while cooking.  I even added bread crumbs the second time I made them and they still fell apart.  For that reason I give them 3 stars

These Turkey Burgers Are Perfect For Potluck Season

Just wait until that teriyaki sauce is dripping down your fingers as you bite into these Hawaiian Turkey Burgers Sliders!

Hawaiian Turkey Burger Sliders

1.5 lbs Ground Turkey

Jalapeno Pepper (minced)

Cup Green Onions (sliced)

Salt and Pepper

Cups Soy Vay® Teriyaki Sauce

Peppers

6-8 Slices Cheese (we used cheddar but Monterey or even Pepperjack would work)

Pineapple (sliced)

In a bowl, add the ground meat, jalapeno and green onions.

Mix with a spoon and form into patties.

Set aside on a plate.

Heat the grill to high heat and add the peppers.

Roast on each side for about 30 seconds or until grill marks appear.

Remove to a cutting board and allow to rest for a minute, then slice.

Using a paper towel dipped in oil, rub the grates of the grill and turn the heat to medium high.

Sprinkle a small amount of salt and a little pepper on each side of the meat and add to the grill, promptly turning down to medium.

Cook for 5 minutes.

If the meat is stuck to the grates, it&#x27;s not ready so back away. Otherwise, flip the burgers and cook an additional 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the pineapple to the grill, flipping after 2 minutes.

Remove to a plate once grill marks appear.

The last minute of cooking the burgers, add a spoonful of sauce to each burger and then the cheese on top.

Add the buns, cut side down to the grill for a minute or two or until warmed.

Remove to a plate.

Place the burger on the bottom bun followed by peppers, pineapple and another drizzle of sauce.

Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce

Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, avocado

Mix together:  To a mixing bowl add turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, egg and breadcrumbs. Using a fork, mix together—try not to mix it too much.

Shape into 4 patties about ½ inch thick— they will be really moist.

Use your thumb to make a depression in the center of each patty. If grilling, place the patties on a parchment lined plate and freeze for 20 minutes.

Skillet: Heat the canola oil in a nonstick griddle or large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. (Or spray generously with non-stick cooking spray). Once hot, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Grill: Freeze the patties for 20 minutes before grilling (this will help the hold their shape.) Grill for a few minutes on each side, until cooked through.

Oven: Bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes. Then sear on a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side.

Serve on buns, with the condiments of your choice.

Place turkey into a large bowl with egg, salt, pepper, parsley, poultry seasoning and milk. Stir to combine. {Mixture may seem a little wet, but once it starts cooking, the egg will help hold it's shape together.}

Preheat indoor griddle to medium-medium high heat.

Divide meat into 4 even patties. Cut butter into skinny half tablespoon pats. Press butter into the center of each patty forming the meat around it.

Spray griddle pan with nonstick cooking spray and place each burger down onto the griddle. Cook about 4 minutes per side or until browned and completely cooked. Feel free to melt cheese on top of each burger. {Place cheese onto cooked side of the burger and cover with a large pot lid or foil for 1 minute to melt cheese.}

Remove burgers and place onto buns. Top with any desired toppings and condiments and serve.

1. Preheat the broiler to high. Place the&nbsp;jalapeños on a baking sheet and place under the broiler. Broil until charred all over, about 5 minutes. Remove and let cool and then seed and chop the&nbsp;jalapeños.2. In a medium bowl, combine the&nbsp;jalapeños, turkey, cheddar, panko, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form patties

Form into patties about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Press your thumb down on the middle to give it a slight indent.

Heat grill

Heat a large heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Or, heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (400-450 degrees F). Make sure the grate is well oiled so the meat doesn&#39;t stick.

Grill burgers

Cook burgers for about 5 minutes per side, flipping half-way through. Ground turkey needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can remove them from the grill or pan at 160 degrees and let rest for 5 minutes, until they reach 165 degrees F, while you prepare your toppings.

Mix all the ingredients for the turkey burger patties together in a large bowl.

Spray a large skillet or griddle with non-stick cooking spray over medium heat. You can also spray your hands with cooking spray or wet them slightly with water so the turkey mixture won&#8217;t stick to your hands when you&#8217;re forming the patties.

Form the turkey mixture into 6 patties, about 5 ounces each. You can make smaller patties, about 4 ounces each and get 8 turkey burgers.

Place the patties onto the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until no longer pink in the center. During the last minute of cooking on the second side, add the cheese to melt.

Transfer the turkey burgers onto a plate covered with foil and repeat with the remaining patties.

Serve the turkey burgers topped with warm BBQ sauce and bacon 2 slices each.

During the last minutes of cooking, add 2 slices of cheese to each burger, cover the grill and let the cheese soften slightly, about 1 minute. Put the burgers on the buns, drizzle with some of the Meyer lemon-honey mustard and top with a few sprigs of watercress. Serve with extra mustard on the side.

Really simple and very good! I added breadcrumbs and an egg to the meat to stretch it out a little and it didn’t change the flavor at all. I used arugula instead (as stated in note but not recipe?) and a hoagie for a sturdier bread for the burger. I’m not wild about the sauce but it is a good compliment to the turkey burger. Can’t wait to eat again for dinner or tomorrow’s lunch!

Smash the garlic cloves, sprinkle with some salt, and, with the flat side of a large knife, mash and smear the mixture to a coarse paste. Whisk the garlic with the balsamic, Worcestershire, and hot sauce in a small bowl.

Crumble the turkey and beef into a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic mixture over the meat and form into 4 (5-ounce) burgers. Cover and set aside while you cook the onions.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned but not mushy, about 15 minutes. Season the onions with the remaining teaspoon of balsamic and salt and pepper, to taste.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for a minute. Brush 1 side of the burgers with the oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook seasoned side down until browned, about 2 minutes. Brush and season the top of the burgers, flip and cook until other side is brown, about 2 minutes more.

Transfer burgers to a baking dish and bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into the burgers registers 160 degrees F, about 5 minutes. Place the burgers on the buns or in pita and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with the caramelized onions and garnishes of your choice.

Great recipe! I omit the sirloin and add 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs. Serve with bacon, white cheddar, and hickory sauce. Delicious!

I used teriyaki rather than worchester, and roasted my garlic before adding to the meat. The recipe was a perfect starting point for variations!  I'll do a veggie version next with bulgur wheat, etc .. Thanks!

Surprisingly, I liked this recipe.  I prefer any other type of burger other than beef - call me crazy: black bean, turkey, salmon, quinoa, veggie, you name it - so I've had my fair share.  This really did have some good flavor to it and the tobasco really came through.  I did not use beef at all and still had a moist burger.  My meat-eater husband ate it and my four year old didn't stop eating...so that's good :  I really thought this needed a white cheese though - to top it off.  I did not use onions since my husband doesn't eat them, either.  I'll probably make these again - but not a MUST.

Had to increase the baking time to 10 minutes.  Served with a bit of blue cheese on top and these were great! Will definitely make again.
