Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Step 2

Prepare the rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.

Step 3

In large bowl, combine cooked rice, taco season, tomatoes, beans, corn and cooked chicken. Mix.

Step 4

Transfer mixture to a large greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.

Step 5

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Arrange toppings on top and serve.
