Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a soup pot over medium high heat.
Step 2
Add mushrooms, red bell pepper, carrots and celery to pot.
Step 3
Saute for 3-4 minutes, until veggies are tender.
Step 4
Add 1/2 the green onion slices, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
Step 5
Saute for an additional 1 minute.
Step 6
Stir in stock, soy sauce and sriracha.
Step 7
Bring to a boil.
Step 8
Reduce heat to medium, add wontons and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with remaining green onions for garnish.
