Easy Chicken Wonton Soup

vegetable oil

oz shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and tops thinly sliced

red bell pepper, thinly sliced

garlic,

carrots (see notes)

celery,

green onions,

ginger

chicken stock

soy sauce

tbsp sesame oil

sriracha, according

chicken wontons (see notes)

Heat vegetable oil in a soup pot over...

Heat vegetable oil in a soup pot over medium high heat.

Add mushrooms, red bell pepper, carrots and celery...

Add mushrooms, red bell pepper, carrots and celery to pot.

Saute for 3-4 minutes, until veggies are tender.

Add 1/2 the green onion slices, garlic, ginger...

Add 1/2 the green onion slices, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.

Saute for an additional 1 minute.

Stir in stock, soy sauce and sriracha.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium, add wontons and cook...
