Step 1

Turn the instant pot onto the sauté setting.

Step 2

Place the chicken, onion & celery into the instant pot. Lightly spray with cooking spray & sauté until the chicken is browned.

Step 3

Pour in the chicken broth & carrots and mix well.

Step 4

Place the lid on the instant pot & seal shut.

Step 5

Turn the instant pot onto high manual for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Quick release.

Step 7

Turn the instant pot onto sauté.

Step 8

Stir in gnocchi, spinach & heavy cream.

Step 9

Boil & stir frequently for about 3-5 minutes or until the gnocchi has fully cooked.

Step 10

Serve & enjoy.
