Step 1
Start by chopping your scallions, and mince the garlic. Set aside.
Step 2
Measure out 1 tablespoon of ginger paste. Or if you are using a fresh ginger root, then using a box grater grate the ginger.
Step 3
In a large frying pan add the ground pork and the minced garlic and saute on medium high heat. It should only take a few minutes to cook.
Step 4
Once the meat is cooked add the ginger and stir. Then add the coleslaw mix and combine. Cook for a couple of minutes, then turn the heat off.
Step 5
Pour the coconut aminos and sesame oil and stir. Top with the chopped scallions.
