Heat oven broiler on high and move oven rack to 6-inches below broiler.

Stir together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, half of thyme leaves, salt, and garlic in a small bowl.
Step 3
Blot haddock fillets dry with paper towel and place in a large cast iron skillet lightly greased with oil. Spoon olive oil and herb mixture over fillets and transfer to oven.
Step 4
Broil for 10-12 minutes, basting haddock with sauce from pan halfway through cooking.
Step 5
Garnish with remaining thyme. Serve with lemon wedges.
