Easy Peach Muffin Recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F and line or grease your muffin pans.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the oil, applesauce, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and milk.

Stir your wet mixture into your dry mixture.

Add in peaches, but don't over mix! Instead, lightly fold your batter until they're fully combined.

Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, then set aside while you make the streusel topping.

Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl.

Incorporate butter with a fork until it's a coarse texture.

Step 9

Sprinkle over top of each muffin.

Step 10

Place muffins in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 11

Once muffins are done, let cool in muffin pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to wire cooling rack to finish cooling the rest of the way.
