Step 1

Place your blueberries and the cinnamon in a small saucepan and stew over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until the berries start to breakdown.

Step 2

Meanwhile, place your oats and about two thirds of the plant-based milk in a microwave proof bowl (or a separate saucepan if using). Heat for 1 minute, stirring and adding more liquid as needed.

Step 3

Once cooked, add your protein powder and the rest of the milk and stir.

Step 4

Top the oats with your blueberry mix and any other toppings you are using.
