Step 1

Heat oil in wok.

Step 2

Add onion and fry on medium high heat until just tender.

Step 3

Reduce to medium low heat, Add garlic and ginger. Fry till garlic is golden brown.

Step 4

Add butter and saute.

Step 5

Add courgette and saute for 1min.

Step 6

Add tomato and bring to a boil on high flame. Boil for 2 min.

Step 7

Reduce heat and simmer for 10min. Add salt and mix well.

Step 8

In parallel, cook pasta as per pack instructions. When pasta is cooked, drain the water.

Step 9

Turn off heat and mix cooked pasta to the wok.

Step 10

Serve hot and can also can be eaten cold for next day lunch.
