Step 1
Add all the meatball ingredients into a large bowl and give it a very good mix with a fork.
Step 2
Roll heaped tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on a baking tray. Cover with cling film & chill for at least 1-2 hours. (Overnight is better for flavour as well as firming the meatballs as it prevents them from falling apart)
Step 3

Step 4
Put the meatballs into the sauce, pop on the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meatballs are cooked through.
