Step 1
Cook the Steak: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large wok or skillet. Add thinly sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly softened.
Step 3
Scramble the Eggs: Push vegetables to the side of the pan, add beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked.
Step 4
Add Rice: Add the day-old rice to the pan along with the cooked steak. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together until well-mixed and heated through.
Step 5
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
