Step 1
Add all of the marinade ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Pour over 4 of your favorite cut of steak, I used NY Strip, in an airtight container or food storage bag and marinate for at least 2-6 hours.
Step 3
Grill your steak until it reaches your preferred level of doneness, I prefer mine between rate and medium rare so I pulled mine off at around 125F (it will continue to cook as it's tented and resting) and allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting into.
