Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the tart shells on the lined tray. Whisk the egg, egg yolks, sugar, cream, milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Strain through a fine sieve into a jug. Divide evenly among the tart shells.

Step 2

Bake for 10-15 mins or until custard is just set. Set aside for 5 mins to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature, dusted with icing sugar.
