Step 1
Make 4 pieces of each cheese slice and keep on a plate.
Step 2
Apply butter to pav/white rolls and roast them on medium heat (inner side down) till golden brown.
Step 3
Flip them over and place cheese pieces and cook for another minute. Then keep aside.
Step 4
Heat non-stick egg pan on low setting.
Step 5
Add butter, onions, green chillies, salt and mix well.
Step 6
Break 2 eggs and sprinkle salt, onions, red chilli flakes, cheddar cheese and cilantro.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low heat till egg white is just done.
Step 8
Remove the lid, loosen edges and place the eggs on pav/white rolls.
Step 9
Egg white should be completely cooked and egg yolk should be runny.
Step 10
If you do not prefer runny yolk, cook eggs a bit longer till yolk is completely cooked.
