Ingredients: 4 ounces espresso (I use Lavazza (whole beans)); 2 ounces heavy whipping cream; 2 ounces simple syrup; ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract; pinch salt; cocoa powder (to rim glass); coffee beans (for garnish); 1-2 dashes aromatic bitters

This Espresso Martini Mocktail is bold, sweet, and a delicious non alcoholic pick me up. It is made using simple ingredients and shakes up in seconds.

Espresso Martini Mocktail

espresso (I use Lavazza (whole beans))

heavy whipping cream

simple syrup

vanilla extract

salt

cocoa powder (to rim glass)

coffee beans (for garnish)

aromatic bitters

Dip the rim of your martini glass into simple syrup and then cocoa powder. Set aside.

Into a cocktail shaker add ice, espresso, heavy cream, simple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and optional aromatic bitters.

Shake vigorously for about a minute or so. Pour into two martini glasses and top with a few coffee beans.

Alot of mocktails miss the mark by lacking flavour but THIS….. this one nailed it! One of the most delicious mocktails i’ve ever had! Taste very closely to the alcohol version. Thank you for the recipe!!
