Place the vodka, kahlua and espresso in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously 10 times, then pour briskly into a cocktail glass. (Scrape out foam inside if necessary)

Garnish wtih 3 coffee beans and serve immediately.

Pour some chocolate syrup on a plate and dip a chilled coupe glass upside down in the chocolate to coat the rim of the glass.

Bring 1 ounce of water to a boil in a microwaveable safe measuring cup, about 1-2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of instant espresso to the water, stir and set aside.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with no ice yet. Add the espresso last and then fill with a cup of ice.

Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and serve straight up in your chilled coupe. Garnish with espresso or coffee beans.

Super tasty! I did the 2nd variation and had to substitute canned whipped cream instead of basic cream. Topped it off after shaking with more whipped cream in my glass and threw some chunked chocolate pieces on top and turned out delicious!

Espresso martini meets cake! With Choc Ripple biscuits and coffee-flavoured liqueur, this recipe is a perfect after-dinner treat (for adult's only).

20.00 gm boiling water

40.00 ml Instant Coffee Powder

(3/4 cup) coffee-flavoured liqueur

thickened cream

(1 cup) icing sugar mixture

1.25 gm ground cinnamon

Step 1

Place the water in a heatproof bowl. Add the coffee and stir to combine. Set aside to cool slightly then stir in the liqueur.

Step 2

Use electric beaters to beat the cream, icing sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl until firm peaks form.

Step 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place 6 biscuits on the prepared tray. Brush with some of the coffee mixture. Top each with 1 tablespoonful of the cream mixture and another biscuit. Continue stacking 2 more times, brushing with the coffee mixture and topping with the cream mixture, finishing with a biscuit. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the sides and top of each biscuit stack to cover. Place in the fridge for 6 hours.

Step 4

Just before serving, decorate the biscuit stacks with chocolate-coated coffee beans and chocolate curls.

Big Batch Espresso Martinis

Add ingredients to pitcher and stir.&nbsp;

Pour mixture into a bottle and store in the fridge until ready to serve.&nbsp;

Pour 3-4 oz into a shaker with ice and shake until ice cold.

Serve in martini glass with espresso beans on top.

Make the best espresso martini with this recipe! Use cold brew concentrate for ease and amazing flavor, or fresh espresso for a luxuriously foamy top. Recipe makes 1 cocktail; you can multiply the ingredients by 2 or 3 and make them all at once in a large cocktail shaker.

Homemade Espresso Martini

Chill your martini glass or coupe glass by filling it to the brim with ice and water. Set your glass aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the vodka, coffee and Kahlúa (don’t add sweetener yet). Securely fasten the lid and shake the mixture for about 20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is absolutely ice cold. Taste a little sip, and if you would like the mixture to be sweeter, add maple syrup or simple syrup in ¼ to ½ teaspoon increments, then gently shake again.

Discard the ice water in your glass and gently shake out any stubborn water droplets. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass. If you used fresh espresso, you can gently top the drink with 3 coffee beans for good luck (they don’t float on the cold brew version). Enjoy promptly.

I have made it this way which is good but have found that 3 Olives brand makes an expresso vodka , mix in shaker with chilled Rum Chata and pour into a glass that is slightly lined with chocolate ( syrup) - it’s delicious!

I’ve been wanting to make these at home and made one with your recipe last night. It was perfect! I shook it with an egg white for the foamy top, highly recommend.

Espresso Martini Cookies are Happy Hour in cookie form! A rich chocolate espresso cookie base is studded with gooey chocolate chips and topped with a delicious coffee liqueur glaze. Quick and easy to make and ready in just 45 minutes!

Espresso Martini Cookies

(85 grams) bittersweet chocolate, (chopped)

(156 grams) all-purpose flour

(28 grams) Dutch-process cocoa powder

baking soda

fine sea salt

(113 grams) unsalted butter, (at cool room temperature)

(100 grams) granulated sugar

(100 grams) light brown sugar

egg, (at room temperature)

egg yolk, (at room temperature)

vanilla extract

(170 grams) semisweet chocolate chips

(125 grams) powdered sugar, (sifted)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate in 20-second bursts until melted, stirring between each burst. Set aside to cool until just warm (about 80°F).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium-high speed to beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add in the cooled, melted chocolate and beat until combined. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and beat until completely smooth and combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Slowly beat in the flour mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula. Dough will be sticky.

Using a medium spring-loaded scoop, drop 1 1/2-tablespoon balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Wet your hands slightly, then roll each dough ball between your palms to smooth.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

In a small bowl, use a small whisk or a fork to combine the powdered sugar and coffee liqueur until a thick but pourable glaze forms. Place a sheet of parchment paper underneath the cooling racks to catch the glaze for easier clean-up. Drizzle glaze all over cooled cookies. Allow to set.

Store the cookies between layers of parchment paper in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
