In a shaker, combine the espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and demerara syrup. Add enough ice to fill the cup and shake well.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cool whip, heavy cream, demerara syrup (check notes), vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon (if desired) until well combined using a milk frother hand wand.

Step 3

Rim a martini glass with cinnamon sugar (if desired).

Step 4

Strain the espresso mixture into the rimmed glass.

Step 5

In a small jar, add the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean paste until well combined.

Step 6

Turn on your hand-held milk frother and immerse the head into the mixture. Hold the jar or glass steady and move the frother up and down to create froth.
