Step 1

Tie doll's hair up with pink ribbon. Decorate with a gold star. Set aside.

Step 2

Paint lollipop stick gold. When dry, stick remaining 2 stars to form a wand.

Step 3

Grease and line a 6cm deep, 23cm (base) square cake pan.

Step 4

Prepare cake, following packet directions. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Stand in pan for 10 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 5

Trim cake to form wings (see notes for picture 1). Place wings onto cake board.

Step 6

Colour 1/4 cup icing green and remaining icing pink. Cover wings with pink icing.

Step 7

Cut fondant from liquorice allsorts. Cut into shapes. Decorate wings with shapes (see main picture).

Step 8

Wrap roll-up around doll. Place doll onto wings. Cover skirt area with green icing. Layer mint leaves to form skirt (see notes for picture 2). Place wand onto doll's hand.
