Step 1
Preheat an oven to 180°C. Grease a 24cm Bundt tin.
Step 2
Beat butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until pale and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition. Add flour, orange juice and rind and beat until just combined. Pour into prepared Bundt tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool in tin for 5 minutes, then turn onto a serving plate.
Step 3
Place icing sugar in a bowl and add enough orange juice to make a thin icing. Pour over the cooled cake. Decorate with orange rind and sliced glace cherries.
