Add chicken thighs to a bowl and mix together with spices. Add buttermilk and pickle brine and allow to marinate for at least an hour up to 4 hours.

When ready to fry, preheat oil to 375 F. Mix together dredge ingredients in a shallow bowl and coat chicken thighs and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
