Step 1

Directions In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the Prosecco and Aperol. Pour into a large baking dish or several smaller containers and place in the freezer. Freeze at least 8 hours, until the mixture is mostly frozen, but still slightly slushy. Right before serving, add about 2 cups of ice to a blender and blend to crush the ice. Add the frozen Aperol mixture and blend to combine. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange slices before serving.
