Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400℉/200℃ with an oven dish inside. Spray the frozen potstickers with cooking spray or brush them with oil

Step 2

When preheated take the oven dish out of the oven (close the door to keep the heat inside).

Step 3

Coat the oven dish with vegetable oil and put the dumpling in the dish. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 9 minutes

Step 4

Take the dish out of the oven and add about ½ cup boiling hot water to the dish.

Step 5

Cover the dish with foil and return to the oven. Cook for 7 more minutes

Step 6

While the potstickers cook take a small bowl and combine chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir to combine

Step 7

Take the potstickers out of the oven and serve immediately with the sauce
