oven baked dumplings

Frozen dumplings in oven using the fry steam fry method. Done in less than 20 minutes. Great to serve as a snack, starter, or side dish.

Frozen Dumplings In Oven

Preheat the oven to 400℉/200℃ with an oven dish inside. Spray the frozen potstickers with cooking spray or brush them with oil

When preheated take the oven dish out of the oven (close the door to keep the heat inside).

Coat the oven dish with vegetable oil and put the dumpling in the dish. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 9 minutes

Take the dish out of the oven and add about ½ cup boiling hot water to the dish.

Cover the dish with foil and return to the oven. Cook for 7 more minutes

While the potstickers cook take a small bowl and combine chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir to combine

Take the potstickers out of the oven and serve immediately with the sauce
