Step 1
Line a medium-sized glass food container with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place 3 full graham crackers along the bottom of the container.
Step 3
Take your container of cool whip, add a scoop of protein powder, stir until mixed in. Should be a thicker whip!
Step 4
Scoop protein whip mixture on top of the graham crackers and spread evenly.
Step 5
Melt chocolate by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 sec, stir, and repeat until smooth. Pour on top of other layers.
Step 6
Place 3 more full graham crackers on top.
Step 7
Set in the freezer for at least 1 hour, until firm.
Step 8
Once frozen, carefully remove from container, place on a cutting board to slice into 6 pieces along the seams of the crackers. Enjoy!
