Measure out the ketchup and mayonnaise into a bowl and mix together. If you want it spicy, add dashes of hot sauce to taste. Serve with fries!

Great but I am Cajun  so I did add a bit of slap your mama Cajun seasoning to it and it was perfect . 

My dad would make this when we were kids and call it Poor Man's French Deessing. I still make it to this day and use it on my burgers, salad, fries and onion rings. I also add a good splash of hot sauce for extra zing.

Such a basic combo, yet so pleasing.  Use a little Sriracha for a real kick.  Will definitely try with some pickle juice next time!

I think this is funny. For me being German and everyone in Germany eating Ketchup and Mayo with their fries and everyone I know from the states, including my husband calling me weird when I eat my fries with that. Its good to know that some ppl on this side of the ocean know how good this taste. <br />

I add a good few dashes of Frank's Red Hot Sauce to give it a nice kick. There weren't many comments about the sauce from the family, they were too busy dipping their fries and inhaling them!

I've been doing this particular dip for YEARS..always being teased and chuckled at people its nice to have validation for all those teasers! haha love all your recipe's Ree thnx!!
