Step 1

Heat a water bath up to 131 degrees using sous vide.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients in a bag sealed with the Vesta Precision chamber Vac or in a mason jar sealed to just fingertip tightness.

Step 3

Place in the sous vide bath and cook for 3 hours.

Step 4

Once finished, place it into a clean mason jar or an olive oil container and enjoy it anywhere you would use olive oil.
