Step 1

Add oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add in garlic and green onions (white parts only) and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly until the garlic and green onions are golden brown.

Step 2

Drain the toasted garlic / onion mixture through a sieve and set aide. Save the oil.

Step 3

To the same pan add 1 tablespoon of the reserved oil along with 1 tablespoon of butter. Heat over medium high heat and add in the eggs. Scramble the eggs, remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 4

Add the remaining oil to the skillet and add in the rice. Toast the rice until it starts to get a little golden brown and warmed through.

Step 5

Take off of the heat and stir in the cooked eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
