Scrub the ginger roots properly, you can leave the skin on or peel

Step 2

In a high-speed blender jug, pour water.

Step 3

Add ginger and lemon juice.

Step 4

Start the blender and process until you get a smooth texture.

Step 5

Strain juice using a fine sieve, nut milk bag, or tea towel, to strain the juice.

Step 6

Pour the juice into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Step 7

To serve, pour 1/4 cup of ginger juice in a glass. Add 1 cup of water and sweeten with your favorite sweetener to taste
