Step 1
Combine ginger, tamari and wine and mix well. Add pork and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Add pork and marinade and cook until pork is cooked and coloured on both sides and marinade has thickened and created a nice glaze.
Step 3
Serve with leafy salad drizzled with olive oil.
