A simple Japanese style Ginger Pork Chops that is quick and easy to make and full of flavour.

Ginger Pork Chops

pork loin chops

ginger paste

tamari soy sauce (sub coconut aminos for paleo)

dry white wine

120 g leafy salad mix

extra virgin olive oil

Combine ginger, tamari and wine and mix well. Add pork and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Add pork and marinade and cook until pork is cooked and coloured on both sides and marinade has thickened and created a nice glaze.

Serve with leafy salad drizzled with olive oil.

Chili Lime Shrimp is quick, easy and brimming with the most incredible robust flavor.

Chili Lime Shrimp

shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails on)

sugar- free Keto honey

sambal

limes

garlic (minced)

cilantro (chopped)

olive oil

butter

smoked paprika

salt

black pepper

Heat a large skillet to medium high, add in the butter and olive oil. Sprinkle the shrimp with the smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and sear for about 2 minutes on each side, then remove and set aside.

In a small bowl, add in the honey, sambal, lime juice and half the cilantro, then whisk to combine.

Add the garlic into the skillet and sauté for about 20 seconds, careful not to brown it.

Stir in the honey mixture and simmer for 1 minute, until thickened slightly. Add the shrimp back in and toss to coat.

Simmer for 1-2 minutes, just until heated through. Top with the remaining cilantro and serve.

This is a low carb version of the popular beef and broccoli stir fry. Tender slices of beef are briefly seared, then combined with broccoli and coated with a bold savory sauce. This flavor-packed dish pairs well with a side of plain fried cauliflower rice.

Beef and Broccoli

flank steak, sliced into 1/4 inch thick strips ((Note 1))

broccoli florets ((Note 2))

beef broth

corn starch ((Note 3))

cooking oil

soy sauce

swerve sweetener

Brown Beef: Toss sliced beef in large bowl with corn starch until well-coated; set aside. Heat oil in pan over medium heat for a few minutes or until hot. Add sliced beef and cook until browned (Note 6), less than 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer beef to plate.

Cook Broccoli: Add broccoli florets and beef broth to now-empty pan. Stirring occasionally, simmer until broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, proceed to next step to prepare sauce.

Make Sauce: Add all sauce ingredients to saucepan. Stir together over medium-low heat until starting to simmer, about 5 minutes. Keep sauce warm over low heat while waiting for broccoli to cook.

Finish &amp; Serve: Once broccoli is tender, return beef to pan and pour sauce on top. Stir until everything is coated with sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for a few minutes. Serve (Note 7).
