Step 1
Preheat grill on medium with a surface temperature of 400° to 450°. Clean and oil grates very well.
Step 2
Rinse the ham under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel and trim any trim-able fat. Cut the steak in half for easier handling.
Step 3
Mix glaze in a small microwave-safe bowl. Mix well. Microwave for 10 seconds on high, mix again then 10 seconds more on high. This should become liquid. Do a few more seconds if you need to.
Step 4
Immediately brush on the ham.
Step 5
Grill on direct heat for about 4-5 minutes per side. The grill hood can be left open.
