Step 1

Spray a 9x13” glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

Place chicken in bottom of pan.

Step 3

Combine marmalade, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.

Step 4

Pour over top of chicken.

Step 5

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Step 6

Turn chicken over once during baking time.

Step 7

Baste with sauce about every 10 minutes.

Step 8

Remove from oven.

Step 9

Garnish with green onions.
