Step 1
Preheat the oven at 390 º F or 200 º C.
Step 2
Peel the onion and slice them.
Step 3
Mix the water and 1/4 cup (30 g) chickpea flour in a bowl. Mix 3/4 cup chickpea flour (90 g) with the rest of the ingredients in another bowl.
Step 4
Submerge the onion rings in the water+flour mixture and then in the other mixture.
Step 5
Bake them on a baking sheet with baking paper for 20 or 25 minutes.
