Combine all ingredients, except pork belly, in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork belly, turning to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat broiler to high. Remove pork belly from marinade; discard marinade. Arrange pork belly slices in a single layer in a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Broil 5 minutes on each side or until crisp and caramelized.
