Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil or parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Make a well in the center and add the eggs and melted butter. Beat with an electric mixer starting at medium speed until a thick dough has formed.

Step 4

Press the dough into the bottom of the lined pan. Set aside.

Step 5

For the top layer, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer starting at medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Next, beat in the eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.

Step 6

While beating, gradually add the powdered sugar. Beat until the mixture is well combined.

Step 7

Pour the mixture over the dough. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.

Step 8

Let it cool completely to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
