– 1 cup raw sugar (Turbinado or Muscavado sugar)

– 1 cup coconut sugar, maple sugar or date sugar (date sugar doesn’t melt or dissolve)

– 1-3/4 cup unsifted powdered sugar (or 2 cups sifted)
