Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, dill, basil, red onion, feta cheese, garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.

Divide the burger mixture into four portions and shape each portion into a patty. Place the patties on a plate or parchment-lined sheet pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This helps the burgers hold their shape while grilling.
Step 3
Preheat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, brush the grill grates with olive oil using a silicone basting brush.
Step 4
Place the patties on the grill and cover with a lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Assemble the burgers by placing them on toasted buns. Top with romaine lettuce leaves, slics red onion, tomato, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce
