Greek Cucumber Salad with Feta

tbsp red wine vinegar

lemon juice

Dijon mustard

garlic (minced)

¼ tsp salt (plus more to taste, if desired)

black pepper (as desired)

oregano

dill (minced)

cucumber

cherry tomatoes (halved)

red onion (thinly sliced)

kalamata olives (halved)

oz feta cheese (diced)
