This Greek vinaigrette salad dressing is as versatile and flavorful as it is easy to make! A perfect, all-purpose dressing for salads, grain dishes, and bowls.

Greek Vinaigrette

olive oil

red wine vinegar

lemon juice

salt

black pepper

garlic,

oregano

Whisk or shake all ingredients together till smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Excellent salad dressing for summer when you want something bright and refreshing. I used fresh oregano instead of dried and it tasted amazing. I had this on a Greek salad with romaine, tomato, red onion, cucumber and kalamata olives. Will definitely keep this one in my back pocket for as easy, fresh dressing!
