Greek yogurt caesar dressing with fresh lemon juice, creamy Greek yogurt, and Parmesan cheese. 

Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

Greek yogurt, whole milk

olive oil

Parmesan cheese

anchovy paste anchovies

garlic cloves, for more garlic taste use 2

lemon juice

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Tbsp. milk

Kosher salt and fresh black pepper

Add all ingredients into a bowl of a food-processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Thin out by a teaspoon of milk if it&#8217;s too thick.

The dressing tastes the best after it&#8217;s been chilled in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Makes 3/4 cup of dressing.

It looks good.  I have to try this version of dressing.

This is really good. I messed with the proportions because I only had about 1/4 c yogurt. Seasoned to my personal tastes. Had leftover grilled chicken, homemade croutons and pepitas.  It made a delicious salad for lunch, Thanks for sharing this dressing recipe. I will make it often.

This was a big hit with the family — even though I discovered at the last minute that I didn’t have anchovies. Used full-fat Bulgarian yogurt (not Greek) and added a little more Worcestershire, lemon and salt to boost the flavor. (Didn’t need any milk.) It was yummy on a simple salad of romaine, parmesan and toasted baguette cubes (I didn’t have croutons either). Planning to pick up some anchovy paste for the full effect!
