Step 1
Gently crush the grapes with a masher or spoon, strain juice and add to a small sauce pan. Our mashing only yielded about 2 tbsp.
Step 2
Add maple syrup, cinnamon, and flour to the grape juice and bring to a boil over low heat. Whisk well until flour is combined, stir until thickened and remove from heat.
Step 3
Place one crust in bottom of pie pan, add mashed grapes on top. Pour thickened pie filling evenly over the grapes. Top with remaining crust and pinch edges. Pierce top as desired.
Step 4
Pre-heat oven to 425° and bake pie for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375° and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
