Step 1
Preheat grill to 450° to 500° surface temperature. That is about medium-high on most grills. That temperature matches well with chicken, pork chops and tenderloins.
Step 2
Wash about 1 1/2 pounds of thin skin potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces with no more than 3/8 inch of any part of the piece to an outside surface.
Step 3
Mix with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
