Step 1

For the cabbage: Place an oiled grill pan over medium-high heat until hot. Place the cabbage wedges on the grill pan and sprinkle with the seasoning.

Step 2

Grill the cabbage wedges, in batches if necessary, until the edges begin to char and the cabbage begins to soften, 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Remove the cabbage to a platter.

Step 3

For the buttermilk-ranch dressing: Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, House Seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill and dry mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Drizzle the desired amount of dressing over the cabbage and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Step 5

Stir together the garlic and onion powders, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.
