Step 1

Combine Vinaigrette ingredients in food process and blend for 20-30 seconds.

Step 2

Taste and make any necessary adjustments per your specific taste.

Step 3

Place in refrigerator.

Step 4

Season flank steak with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Grill your steak on high heat for approx. 2 minutes per side and then move to a cool side and cover the grill.

Step 6

Let steak continue cooking until it reaches your preferred doneness.

Step 7

Remove from grill and let rest.

Step 8

Add lettuce, asparagus, tomatoes, peas, onion, yellow pepper and avocado to your salad bowls.

Step 9

Cut your steak into strips and place on salad.

Step 10

Cover with your desired amount of vinaigrette.
