Step 1

Combine all marinade ingredients in a measuring cup, mixing thoroughly

Spoon marinade over lamb chops and make sure they are covered on all sides

Marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour up to overnight

Step 4

Remove them from fridge and let them sit at room temp for 15 minutes while you prepare the grill

Step 5

Grill them over direct medium heat for about 6 minutes a side for medium. Remove at 140°
