Step 1

Preheat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 400-450 degrees F).

Step 2

Wash and dry the red potatoes. Cut them in half and then in half again to quarter the potatoes.

Step 3

Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the oil on top and sprinkle the seasoning on top of the potatoes.

Step 4

Toss the potatoes to coat them in the oil and the seasoning mixture.

Step 5

Place the potatoes on a large piece of foil. Try to spread them out into a single layer on the foil. Cover the potatoes with another piece of foil and seal the edges to create a foil packet. Gently poke the top of the packet a few times with a fork to allow the heat to escape from the packet.

Step 6

Transfer the foil packet to the grill. Cover the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes start to brown. To check, carefully lift a corner of the top piece of foil with tongs and check on the potatoes.

Step 7

Once the potatoes are starting to brown, carefully flip the entire foil packet of potatoes on the grill and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender.

Step 8

Carefully remove the potatoes from the foil packet (be careful as they will be hot) and then the potatoes are ready to serve while warm and enjoy!
